Cristina Pacheco is a catalytic strategist and facilitator. Her core purpose is to support organizations and individuals to expand their vision and maximize their potential. She specializes in startups and organizations in periods of transition.

Cristina’s background and expertise spans tech, art organizations, nonprofits, fashion brands, and wellness spaces. In 2019, Cristina founded and is the acting CEO for FRCE (pronounced fierce) a boutique firm focused on designing innovative experiences and transformational organizational consulting.

Experience

Cristina has served as an executive at The Underground Museum in Los Angeles, NationBuilder a global tech company, and is the co-founder of Cale & Cael, an ethical fashion brand based out of Colombia, South America.

Cristina’s experience in design work is rooted in the arts and justice movements. She has produced large-scale activations including INTO ACT!ON, embRACE LA: 100 Dinners on Race, the Women’s March LA, and more.

In her early career, Cristina served as the Director of Programs at Arts for LA, a regional arts advocacy organization serving Los Angeles County where she founded the ACTIVATE Arts Advocacy Leadership Program, training hundreds of community arts advocates in areas of policy, leadership, coalition building, and communication. She is also a former teaching artist with SDYS' Community Opus Project, making music education accessible for students in Chula Vista, California.

Cristina is a trained vocalist, performer, fitness instructor, and maintains a robust movement and wellness practice in her personal life. She is a former teacher of The Class, a transformative workout of the body and mind. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards including the Executive Boards of The Underground Museum and Get Lit - Words Ignite, both based in Los Angeles. Cristina holds an M.A. in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego and a B.A. in Media Communications with a music minor from Point Loma Nazarene University.

Cristina lives in the greater Los Angeles area with her husband and daughter.
